Boat & Personal Water Craft
Policies Designed For You
Whether it’s your Speedboat, Yacht, Sailboat or Jet-Ski, float with a piece of mind knowing you are properly insured. Boat and PWC insurance is available in two variances, each with different parameters and different premium costs.
Actual Cash Value policies pay for replacement costs less depreciation at the time of the loss. In the event of a total loss, used boat pricing guides and other resources are used to determine the vessel’s approximate market value.
Agreed Amount Value policies are based on a valuation of your vessel that you and your insurer have agreed upon; in event of a total loss you will be paid the "agreed amount."
Physical Loss or Damage to cover the hull, machinery, fittings, furnishings and any other permanently attached equipment
Bodily Injury to persons other than the boat owner or his or her family
Bodily Injury to you that is caused by an uninsured watercraft operator
Liability to pay any legal costs if you're sued due to an accident. Most policies also include water sports liability, which covers risks associated with activities such as waterskiing
Damage Caused to Someone Else’s Property, for example, to another watercraft, a boat or a dock
Guest Passenger Liability to pay any legal expenses incurred by someone using your boat with your permission
Medical Payments for injuries to the boat owner and other passengers
